| Special | If all optional parameters are omitted the device is a diode. With .Model command in the commands editor, you can define whether the device is a diode thyristor or GTO. If the device is a thyristor or a GTO, the gate can be triggered by the output value from a block-diagram block. The input impedance of the gate is infinite high. |
