Name of the model where the default values for the diode, thyristor, DIAC, TRIAC or GTO are defined. See .Model for defining a thyristor or GTO instead of a diode.

Initial condition for the device. See the .Model
Special If all optional parameters are omitted the device is a diode. With .Model command in the commands editor, you can define whether the device is a diode thyristor or GTO. If the device is a thyristor or a GTO, the gate can be triggered by the output value from a block-diagram block. The input impedance of the gate is infinite high.
